My role as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is to guide, empower, support, listen and provide the necessary skills and knowledge and to assist you in reaching your desired outcomes. “All disease begins in the gut”


Generally Western Medicine tends to place a band-aid over any symptoms and does not treat the root cause of the problem. The gut plays a significant role in our health and is crucial to understand how to address imbalances within and how to work synergistically with the bodies natural rhythms – hence whilst an holistic-whole body approach is required.


The concept of Bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique diet, lifestyle, emotional and spiritual needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison for eg, and that’s
why generalised diets do not tend to work. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you in making positive changes that are based on your unique and specific

Conscious choices and Conscious eating of foods that nourish and support you – is how you will best be able to tap in to and serve your unique Body constitution.

It is important to remove all labels from ourselves and by doing this – it really opens us up, frees us, enabling us to flow with life and all its changes so, we may truly adapt and learn to listen to our bodies and what it is asking for at any given time.


We will use the Integrative Nutrition Plate (INP) as a guide, to establish where your current nourishment sits within this framework and how it can be enhanced and even improved.

The INP (Secondary food element) emphasises the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based, fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasises the importance of proportions and portion size.

To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality (Primary food).

I will introduce you to some of the healthiest foods, super foods and supplements that can support you in finding the healthiest options for your bodies unique constitution (Bio-Individuality).


Many Nutritionists (as I have personal experience) provide their clients with a list of foods to avoid and those they should eat and although this can be useful, my approach is a little different. By eating foods and drinking beverages that are good for you, your desire for un-healthy options begins to diminish naturally (i.e crowding out), without the need for strict diets or regimes.


Cravings play a crucial role in understanding what your body needs and so they should not be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they are really telling you for e.g chocolate could mean you are in need of magnesium.

Life really is all about BALANCE and so, don’t worry that this means ‘No chocolate’ it doesn’t. I will introduce you to sweet and healthy alternatives that you will enjoy even more, knowing they are healthier options.

You will begin to reclaim a sense of control, balance and harmony as, you progress on your journey.
