Over the course of 12 sessions (6 months) we will work together to create a tailored programme specifically around your needs. This will help you achieve sustainable health and lifestyle choices, begin to thrive, feel alive and vibrant in your being.

Signature programme

My Signature programme incorporates all the offerings of the 1:1 package but with the addition of 6 x (30mins) Yoga sessions. Within this package you will receive 1:1 dedicated yoga sessions with myself tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

Group programme

Coming soon and will consist of working with small groups of no more than 4 clients for each individual to still maximise on the benefits of my coaching and content.
