It feeds my soul and I absolutely love sharing my passion and the benefits of this transformational practice with my students.
Get connected to your mind, body, soul
Slow Flow – is like Vinyasa and Yang in nature by linking the breath with the movement but at a slower pace and enables us to have more time to fully embody the practices and this in turn becomes our daily medicine.
Yin Yoga is the perfect compliment to our Yang style of practice. Yin is a passive and gentle approach to yoga whereby the majority of the poses are closer to the Earth and the poses are held from 3-5mins in a general class and sometimes up to 20mins in more advanced classes. Yin yoga offers a deeper access to the body and targets our connective tissues, our fascia and ligaments.
Each class will be based around a theme such as the Elements, the Seasons, the Chakras, Moon Phases or Yogic Principles and Philosophy.
