Plant Based Cacao, Avo and Oat Bowl

A Brunch Favourite to Fuel your Mind, Body and Soul! This bowl of divine plant based goodness will sustain you for the day. It is packed with plants, nutrients, vitamins, minerals, pre and pro biotics and healthy fats. It is Dairy, Gluten and Refined Sugar Free and your microbiota will be super grateful too!

Ingredients:

  • Cacao (4 Tbsp)
  • Avacado (1/2)
  • Medjooled Dates (2)
  • Love Thy Gut (Inspiriko – please contact for me for info – Tsp)
  • Flax oil (15mls)
  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Coconut Water
  • Cashews

Oat Base:

  • Organic GF Oats
  • Plant Based Milk

Toppings:

  • Coconut Cream
  • Nut Butter
  • Chocolate Shot
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Homemade Granola

Method:

Blend all the ingredients for the cacao smoothie so, nice a thick and creamy. In a Saucepan add some Organic Oats and a some plant based milk then, add cacao smoothie once cooked and off the heat. Top with coconut cream, nut butter of your choice and strawberries, hemp seeds, homemade granola and chocolate shot………………..
