Creamy Spiced Coconut Oats with Sesame and Date Banana

This is the ‘Sunshine Brunch Bowl’ and is the bowl of all bowls, packed with creamy goodness and yumminess!

Ingredients:

  • Organic Oats
  • Turmeric
  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamon
  • Ginger
  • Black pepper
  • Vanilla
  • Coconut milk or Plant based milk of your choice
  • Banana
  • Date Syrup
  • Sesame oil
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Cacao nibs
  • Coconut Yoghurt or Cream

Method:

Heat oats, spices, vanilla and milk in a pan. Whilst this is warming through, add some sesame oil and date syrup to a frying pan and fry the banana until nicely caramelised and sticky. Pour the creamy spiced oats into a beautiful bowl of your choice, add the sticky caramelised banana, sprinkle with hemp seeds and cacao nibs and top with coconut cream or coconut yoghurt.
