These Bliss Balls really are berry-licious with a hint of coconut. I love them and you will too. If you make them for your loved ones or friends, they will know just how much you love them too!
Bliss balls are healthy, delicious and nutritious and a great snack to keep you going. The beauty of them is that you can get creative and use a variety of flavours and ingredients to suit you own taste.
Makes Approx 12
- 150g Deliciously Ella Bircher Muesli
- 30g Desiccated Coconut (plus additional for rolling)
- 100g Frozen Raspberries or berries of your choice
- 60mls Coconut Oil
- 50g Maple Syrup
Place all ingredients in a Thermomix or Blender and Blitz until combined. Take small amounts and roll into balls and then roll into the additional coconut and place in the fridge for approx 30 mins.
