There is nothing like the smell of fresh bread baking and coffee brewing – especially on a Sunday morning……..
This soda brunch bread is super quick and easy to make and smells amazing.
- 450g Wholemeal Flour
- 80g Seeded Mix
- 1 Tsp Bicarbonate Soda
- 1 Tbsp Black Treacle
- Pinch Himalayan Salt
- 450mls Plant Based Yoghurt or Milk for Vegan with ACV or lemon juice
- 450mls Buttermilk for non vegan version
Place all ingredients as listed in a bowl except the black treacle which you can stir into plant based yoghurt or milk or buttermilk before adding, then hand mix together being careful not to over handle the dough. Place in a large loaf tin or place on a baking sheet creating a circle and slicing a cross on top.
Top with your favourite nut butter, yoghurt and hemp seeds or other toppings of your choice…… there are so many options.
